MARSELINE ("we", "us") is the trading style of Mariana Demirova, a mobile hairdressing business serving London, Maidstone and Kent. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through marcelinesalon.uk.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, event date, location and details about the service you want.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver appointments, and keep sensible business records (such as invoices we are legally required to retain). We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Where it lives
Enquiry forms are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our booking inbox. Colour service records, including skin test dates, are kept as part of professional duty-of-care records.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for 6 years in line with UK tax requirements. Colour records are retained while you remain a client.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention duties). Email bookings@marcelinesalon.uk and we will respond within one month.
